This collection focuses on the administrative side of the school including admissions and trustees.

There is a rich collection of admissions books dating back to the 19th century alongside detailed notes of Trustees' committee minutes and development plans.

School inspections undertaken by external bodies are represented in this sub-fond and include some of the 19th century schemes which helped to found the school as one independent from Uppingham.

ADM/4 contains policy documents outlining the health and safety measures in the school.

This series focuses on School House pupils and staff in the 20th century. Most of the series is made of house photographs, various informal photographs as well as records books and punishment books.

This series focuses on the Junior House/Chapmans pupils and staff since its opening in 1910. It first comprised the Junior Department with facilities for boys boarders and classrooms. The house was renamed Chapmans in September 1960, after Frank Emerson Chapman, first Housemaster of the Junior House; it became a Senior House. Most of the series is made of photographs, house photographs as well as more informal photographs.

This sub-series contains various items related to Junior House/Chapmans. The bulk of the sub-series is informal photographs of everyday life in the boarding house in the 1950s/1960s.

This sub-file contains post cards related to the building and dedication of the War Memorial Chapel. Three post cards show the service of the laying of the foundation stone on Speech Day 1924. Four post cards show the dedication service on 29 October 1925. All post cards were published by Heawood & Son.
