Scope and content
A collection which focuses on the history of the school campus and buildings. There is an excellent photographic record of the school campus including the development of both houses and teaching buildings.
The collection contains architectural plans for buildings and press releases/ photographs of the opening of new additions to the school campus.
This sub-fonds contains general policy documents more relevant to the estates and IT daily functions.
The three series divide this sub-fonds amongst buildings, campus services, and IT.

As far as is recorded, these items are fully appraised into the collection.
Accruals
Accruals for all sub series are expected regularly.
System of arrangement
This sub-fond is split into 3 series, and any digital files are stored in folders that relocate the series arrangement.
Each sub-series is focused upon a specific building, type of medium (such as sketches and artwork), or theme.
Material has been collated together from a variety of sources and consequently has been ordered in this sub-fonds according to themes.

The architectural plans contained in BES/1 are large and are need considerable spaced to be viewed. At present, they can only be photographed and not digitally scanned in.
