This series relates to Junior Day girls of Ancaster. The house was built in 1974, as part of the new Jerwoods Campus for the Lower School. Most of the collection is made of the House photographs since the first year of Ancaster, as well as informal photograph of the girls in house events and sports competition.

This sub-series focuses on photographs of the Junior Day girls of Ancaster House from its opening in 1974. This sub-series contains all the photographs from 1974 to 2005.

This sub-series focuses on the day-to-day running of Ancaster house and mostly contains house diaries. Items give information regarding the house, achievements of the girls and house events.

A collection of loose flyers, emails, posters and programmes from the Ancaster Diary. Girls from the house are often circled or highlighted.

A cuttings book (A) with various photographs of the girls and staff of Ancaster House, between 1988 to 2006, including a sponsored swim in 1988, a non-uniform day, a Christmas Party, interthouse netball matches, two orders of services in memory of Diana Ridley and Henrietta Lea, and Sports Day photographs. The book contains four loose items: three poster advertising the performance of three girls in the Globe Theatre (B to D), and a programme for the 2001 production of 'Macbeth' (D).
