Portée et contenu
This collection consists of the mainly the non-paper aspects of the archives collection. The collection is random in its make up but has a good material collection which highlights the changing nature of the school's uniform.
Items in this collection range in material type and stem from a variety of sources such as the Quatercentenary celebrations or items that were once used daily on the school grounds (such as building plaques or clock hands).

It is expected that this series will receive multiple accruals in the future.
Mode de classement
This sub-fonds is divided into 4 series. Each series groups together items of a similar material/ nature for example COB/2 focuses on fabric materials whilst COB/4 contains media materials like CDs and cassette tapes. Any digital files are stored in folders that replicate the series arrangement.

Due to the fragile nature of some of the material in this collection, gloves will need to be worn when handling the material.
Items in COB/2 and COB/3 will have a restriction on the amount of time they have being handled and displayed due their composition.
