System of arrangement
Sub-fond is arranged into six series dictated by theme. Items within each series has been kept in original order. Any digital files are stored in folders that replicate the series arrangement.

Some of the information contained within the account books, minutes, and legal documents (FNB/4) will not be suitable for general accessibility.
