This sub-series focuses on Sargants house daily running and administration since its opening in 1959. The sub-series contains a single item so far.

This series focuses on the boarding girls in Orchard Close (built in 1929), later Buchanans House. It became a girls' boarding house in early October 1975 and Michael Stevens was its first Housemaster. It was renamed Buchanans House in Summer 1977, following the retirement of Headmaster J.D. Buchanan. Work was completed on Buchanans house in 1982 and the extension was ready for occupation in January 1983. The house was first a Seventh Form house and transitioned to a Middle School house in the 1980s.

This series focuses on the Day boys of Clipsham, founded in 1997. The main items are house photographs and handbooks.

This series focuses on the boarding boys in Deanscroft, since its opening in 1948. The Headmaster himself was Housemaster, until 1971. Deanscroft boarding house was closed on Speech Day 1989, prior to its conversion into Stevens, a boarding house for girls. The boarding boys were moved to the newly built Haywoods House on Kilburn Road. The items include the complete set of house photographs and informal photographs showing boys around the house and on campus, as well as duty records.

This series focuses on the Day boys' house of Johnsons, throughout its history (1959-1997). The collection is mostly made of house photographs and teams' photographs, as well as some administrative records.

This series relates to Junior Boarding girls of Lincoln House. The house was built in 1974, as part of the new Jerwoods Campus for the Lower School. Most of the collection is made of the House photographs, as well as informal photograph of the girls in house events and sports competition, and programmes of some house events.

This sub-series focuses on photographs of girls in Orchard Close and Buchanans House, mostly in the 1990s and early 2000s. It also contains photographs of the Sixth Form cohort.

This sub-series focuses on photographs of the Day Girls in Gunthorpe since its inception in 1997 and contains all but one photographs of the Housemastership of Mary Grimley, only missing the year 2006-2007. It contains both formal and informal photographs as well as some photographs of the Sixth Form girls.

This series focuses on the boarding girls in Rushebrookes house. It was named after the first School Headmaster, Robert Rushbrooke. The first girls moved in in the Spring term 1980 but the building was officially open only on 22 November 1980. This series contains items related to the daily life of the girls in school and in house, as well as house photographs, mostly from the 2010s.

This series focuses on the Junior Day boys' house of Sargants, since 1959. The main items are house photographs, photographs of the prefects and handbooks.
