This series is related to the buildings on the School campus and documents their history. Most of the collection is made of photographs and artwork, as well as architectural plans. Each sub-series focusses on a different building.

This collection contains material relating to the history of the houses and their pupils. Each series is focused on a different house and many contain rich and detailed photographic records of houses year by year. Some houses are more detailed than others.

Other highlights of this collection include house handbooks, which help to induct a pupil into a house and its daily routine; photographs of daily life, including house events and leisure time; and administrative documents such as house diaries which record the calendar of house events, achievements of pupils, and accounts of incidents.

Included in this sub-fonds are houses which are no longer in existence such as Johnsons and Ruddles.

This sub-series focuses on various group photographs of the Day boys of Sargants House. The bulk of the sub-series is photographs of the prefects.

This sub-file relates to the ordering of the first Hambleton house photographs in 1997.

This sub-series contains various informal photographs of the Day girls in Talbots throughout the years.

A photographic file recording the girls in Stevens over one academic year, from 1994 to 1995. The photographs are the profile photographs of the girls, as well as formal and informal photographs of the Fifth and Sixth form girls. The photographs were initially gathered in a photo album.

This photographic file focuses on the building of the new Peter Collins organ in the School Chapel in 1993 and the recital.

This sub-series focuses on the history of the 1993 Organ in the School Chapel. After the 1930 organ expired and was replaced by a computer organ in the 1980s, the headmaster Graham Smallbone commissioned for a new organ to be built. Some items highlight the various proposals, the correspondence focuses on the building and installation of the organ and the photographic file finally shows the organ in Chapel.

This series focuses on the history of the organs in the School Chapel, from the first one installed in 1930 to the current instruments built in 1993.

This file focusses on various photographs of Richard Bull during his headmastership (1977-1984).
