This file contains documents related to the memorial service of O.O. Lynn Wilson, who passed away on 9 July 2008. The service in his memory was held at Oakham School Chapel on 10 September 2008.

This collection covers the multitude of sports that pupils can do at Oakham School. Sports include cricket, rugby, hockey, athletics, netball and swimming as some of the richest in terms of items in the sub-series.

There is an extensive collection of trophies and shields awarded to pupils and Old Oakhamians for their sporting achievements.

A collection of documents relating to the Wilson Fields and cricket pavilion, including photographs of the opening. In 2005, the Springfield Playing Fields on Ashwell Road were renamed the Wilson Fields, to honour O.O. Lynn Wilson ('57). Lynn Wilson also funded the construction of a pavilion on the fields. The official opening ceremony took place on 16 May 2005.
