This file contains photographs and negatives of two groups of Housemasters of Wharflands and their wives. The first generation of Wharflands Housemasters was: Rev F.H. Jerwood (1920-1937), Bertie Bowes (1937-1959) and John Barber (1959-1974). The next generation of Wharflands Housemasters was: John Barber, Malcolm Hardy (1974-1987) and Val Harvey (1987-2001).

Wharton Pavilion (1983-2014)

A collection of documents relating to the Wharton pavilion, built on the site of the Old Gymnasium, adjacent to Wharflands. The opening ceremony took place on 4 July 1983 by O.O. Ron Jacobs ('45), President of the R.F.U. In July 2014, the Wharton Pavilion, known as Stumps, was taken down.
